We had occasion to use First Response on December 31st, for the first time when we had an attempt break in at our premises. I tried calling about ten glass repair companies on the Saturday morning to come out and fix our front door. In spite of the "we’re available 24/7/365" indicated under many listings in the Yellow Pages or the many answering services.

First Response was the only one I was able to reach and directly speak with a technician. John Thorpe, the technician, very quickly arrived and fixed our front door. He was most cheerful and did a thorough job for us. We will certainly be calling them first in the future when we need assistance.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the assistance you gave Bob and the School District during the recent vandalism of the buses in the Sooke yard.

It is gratifying to know that we have suppliers that will pitch in when a crisis hits, such vandalism to 1 bus is a glitch which can be handled with a spare unit, however with the number of units involved it becomes more than a glitch. Without your efforts I am sure the afternoon routes would have been cancelled as well as the morning.

Telephone calls from parents really condemn whoever did the damage and express praise for everyone involved with getting the units back on the road again.
